  Take big pot with oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic Ginger, onion Stir add Boneless chicken small pieces, stir add chopped tomatoes Chili sauce to taste Salt, Pepper Cover the pot Leave for couple  of minutes  add peas, cabbage Broccoli   boiled pasta Sliced Red, Green Yellow Bell Peppers Soy sauce Leave for couple  of minutes  Stir to mix It is done Enjoy

  Put cut big pieces of  Avocado in a bowl add Pineapple chunks Peas, Cherry tomatoes cut Cucumbers Lettuce, Baby corns Apple cubes Croutons Sprinkle Olive oil Salt, Pepper  Lemon juice Sugar Mix well It is healthy Complete diet Enjoy

    Take a bowl with  Corn Flour add Garlic salt, Pepper Mix well Slice Zucchini, Onion Red, Yellow, Green Bell peppers Dip in the Bowl to get a coat Stir fry to get crispy and color Enjoy with Cooked Meat slices / Ground Beef Rice / Pasta  / Spaghetti

Put a pot with oil  on medium flame add chopped Onion Garlic, ginger Ground Beef Chopped tomatoes leave for couple of minutes add cut Baby Potatoes Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Cover the pot Leave on stove for couple of minutes Check potatoes to be done Stir, sprinkle sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers Crushed Red Chili / Hot sauce to taste  Sprinkle  Chopped Cilantro Green onion to garnish Enjoy with Rice / Bread / Pasta Make Burgers /  Sandwiches Choices are yours
