Open fish can  Salmon / Tuna your choice Drain water put it in a Bowl take bread slice put it in water squeeze, add with  fish in the bowl Chopped Green Onion Chopped Parsley Chopped Spinach Sprinkle Lemon Juice Salt, Pepper  Ketchup Hot Sauce to Taste Mix well Make Kebab  any shape / any size Stir fry

  Take a pot with some oil Put it on high flame add chopped Onions, Ginger Stir add Ground Beef Stir, Sprinkle  Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato Paste Hot Sauce to Taste Cover the pot Lower Flame to higher  than Medium  After couple of minutes Stir, add Cut Potatoes Cover pot After couple of minutes Check potatoes  Add Sliced Red and Green Bell Peppers, Broccoli Sprinkle Oil Cover pot Leave for couple  of more minutes Stir, Sprinkle Chopped Green Onions and Parsley Stir to Mix It is done  Enjoy
