Beef Patties

    Take Ground Beef in a Bowl Microwave couple of Potatoes  Peel and mash with Fork add potato, Oil Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato Paste and Yogurt in the Bowl Mix everything Make Patties of any size / any shape Take Baking tray  Sprinkle Oil Spread the Patties Cover with Foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take Foil off Stir fry the patties in Frying Pan Enjoy with Fries Salad and Ketchup  

Veggie Omlette

  Put Frying pan with oil on higher than  medium flame add Chopped Onion Stir add chopped tomatoes Red, Yellow, Orange and Green Bell Peppers Chopped Spinach Sprinkle Salt Pepper Stir, whisk couple of Eggs No salt no pepper Spread on the Veggies in Frying pan Sprinkle Crushed  Red Peppers to taste Flip, It is done  Enjoy with  Bread of your choice Ketchup and Fries  

Baked Chicken Breast

  Spread Chicken in a baking tray  Sprinkle oil Garlic salt lemon juice on each side Cover with foil Bake at 450 for  10 minutes Take frying pan  with some oil put it on higher than  medium flame Coat chicken pieces  Each side with  Corn flour  Stir fry to make  Chicken pieces  Crispy and golden Enjoy with Ketchup  Fries, Coleslaw Salad

Fried Fish

  Take any Fish Sprinkle Lemon juice  Salt and pepper on each side Leave for couple of minutes Dip in all purpose flour to get it coated on each side take oil in frying pan Put it on higher  than medium flame Spread the fish Leave for couple of minutes Flip, leave for couple  of minutes  Let it be golden Enjoy with Tartar sauce Ketchup Salad  Coleslaw and and Fries
