chicken Currry

Take a pot with Oil put it on higher than medium flame Add Chopped Onion let it be slightly fried add Crushed Garlic Ginger Tomato paste Salt, Pepper Hot sauce to taste No water added Stir, add Chicken Pieces Cover the pot No water added leave for 10 minutes Stir, leave for 5 minutes it is done Enjoy

Beef Fried Rice

    Take a pot with oil  put it on higher Flame add Beef, chopped Garlic Ginger, Salt, Pepper Stir, cover the pot Cook for 30 minutes on higher than  medium flame add Yogurt Cinnamon stick Cut Potatoes into half or  four depending on size add to the pot Stir, cover and cook for 15 more minutes add boiled rice Sprinkle oil  lemon juice / vinegar Cover pot and leave on higher than  medium flame for 10 minutes Stir to mix Sprinkle  Chopped Coriander / Parsley to garnish Enjoy

Baked Minced Beef

  Take minced Beef in a bowl Take a Frying pan with oil Put it on higher than  medium flame add Chopped Onion stir fry add to the beef add chopped Garlic Ginger, Tomatoes Yogurt Salt,Pepper Mix well take a Baking tray sprinkle Oil Spread beef from Bowl Bake at 450 for 20 minutes It is done Garnish with Chopped  Coriander / Parsley Enjoy with Bread / Rice Pasta / Noodles

Chicken Veggie Soup

   Take Chicken Breast in a pot with oil put it on high flame Stir fry the chicken it will add the flavor add plenty of water Piece of Ginger Couple of Garlic Cloves Salt, Whole black Peppers Piece of Cinnamon stick Cut Pieces of Onions Big pieces of Potatoes Tomatoes Lower the flame to  higher than medium Let it boil for half an hour Drain the broth in a pot Thresh Chicken  Mash potatoes add to the pot  with Broth put it on high flame Stir, add Corn, Sliced Carrot Boiled Pasta Vinegar, Soy sauce hot sauce to taste Celery and Broccoli  Stir, Let it boil after 5 minutes It is done Enjoy with Garlic Bread
