Pasta with meat

Take a pot with oil  put it on higher than medium flame add minced Garlic, Ginger stir, add minced meat Salt, Pepper, Chopped  Tomato, Hot Sauce to taste Stir, cover the pot Leave for 10 minutes Stir, cover and leave for couple of minutes Stir, add Boiled Pasta Broccoli, Sliced Green Red, Yellow Bell Peppers Stir, sprinkle shredded  Mozzarella Chopped Parsley Stir to mix It is done Enjoy  

Boneless Chicken Fried

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add Chicken  Yogurt, Minced Garlic Ginger, Paprika to give color Red Chili Powder  to taste, Salt No water added Mix and cover the pot after couple of minutes Stir, and cover  leave for 5 minutes Stir to dry the curry It is done Enjoy with Rice / Bread

Baked Salmon

  Take a baking tray Sprinkle oil Lemon juice Garlic salt, Pepper on each side Cover the tray with foil Bake at 450 for 30 minutes It is done Enjoy with Fries Tartar Sauce, ketchup

    Chopped Salad leaves Spread in a bowl Cut apples in cubes add to the bowl Cherry tomatoes Cut Cucumbers Cut Red, yellow and Green Bell peppers Pineapple Chunks Sliced Red Onions Sprinkle Garlic salt, Pepper Olive oil, Lemon juice Croutons, Mayo Pinch of sugar Mix everything Garnish with Cut Boiled eggs and mint It is quick and delicious

  Take Chicken Breast  Cubes in a bowl  add crushed Garlic Ginger Tomato paste Salt Pepper Hot sauce to taste Mix, take a Frying pan with oil, put it on higher  than medium flame Spread Chicken pieces Cover the pan leave for 10 minutes Stir and flip the Chicken pieces Cover and leave for 10 more minutes It is done  Enjoy with Garlic Bread Salad and Ketchup
