  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add chopped Garlic Onions, Ginger Stir, add minced meat Stir, add Chopped  Tomatoes, Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, Oil Cover Pot Leave for 10 minutes Stir, leave for 10 more minutes Stir, add Boiled Spaghetti Pasta Sauce, Stir add Broccoli, Sliced  Red and Green Bell Peppers Leave for 2 minutes Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese, Stir Sprinkle Oregano It is done  Enjoy

Baked Beef Patties

  Take ground Beef in a bowl add Oil, minced Garlic Ginger, Onion Salt, Pepper Yogurt, Tomato paste Mix well Make Patties of any Size / Shape Spread in a Baking Tray Cover with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take foil off Bake for 15 more minutes Leave some Gravy Not has to be too dry  It is done Enjoy with Bread / Rice Salad, Ketchup

  Take a Baking Tray  Brush with oil spread Chicken Wings Sprinkle Oil Crushed Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato paste Hot sauce to taste Honey, Soy sauce Mix well, cover the tray with foil Bake at 450  for 20 minutes Take cover off Bake for 10 minutes Check for done Enjoy with Fries Ketchup

Big Fruit Veggie Salad

   Chopped Lettuce Cherry Tomatoes  Chopped Green Onions Cubes of Apple, Pineapple Cucumber Mayonnaise, Croutons Garlic Salt, Pepper Pinch of Sugar, Olive oil Vinegar, Parmesan Cheese Chopped Parsley  Mix everything in a big Bowl Sprinkle Olive Oil Vinegar Stir to Mix Enjoy
