Baked Beef and Potato

Take a baking dish put some oil add chopped onion  Beef has to be in thick slices spread the beef slices on top of onion Take potatoes wash and cut into  four big pieces put as many you want in the baking dish with beef Spread chopped tomatoes spread chopped garlic and ginger Sprinkle salt and pepper If you like it hot  add crushed red chili too Sprinkle some oil on top Cover the dish with foil Put in the preheated oven at 450 for 20 minutes Now take cover off and leave  the dish for further 20 minutes. It is done now  take it with any bread of your choice make sandwiches or rolls enjoy with rice Pasta or macaroni  choices are yours my Dear

Potato Beef Patty

Take potatoes wash and cut into gig pieces.  Put it in a glass bowl to microwave.  Don't use plastic bag. It is not healthy.  Cover the bowl and microwave for 4 minutes Use tip of knife to check if it is done.  Don't overcook. It wont be tasty. Let it cool down a bit then, peel and mash  with spoon. Mix precooked ground beef /chicken with mash potatoes Now mix chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped green pepper sprinkle salt and pepper  you can add mint / parsley  to ad flavor and give color If you like hot add crushed red pepper too. Mix everything Make patties of any size and shape you want Use spoon or hands, the best tools God gave to we Humans. Stir fry and Enjoy with spicy yogurt or ketchup  Make Rolls, sandwiches or take  with rice, macaroni / pasta / noodles Choices are yours my Dear

Mini Pizza

Take Sandwich bread slices or you take Buns instead of  bread slices Put tomato ketchup like a base spread thin slices of green, red, orange yellow, any Bell peppers Slices of onion and Olives Spread Mozzarella cheese  sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper If you like hot add crushed red pepper too You can sprinkle herb of your choice too, if you like Now Broil in toaster oven  to melt the cheese down to get the taste and color This will be quick  and complete diet You can spread precooked chicken or meat strips too Enjoy as snacks or pack as a quick lunch

Sweet Potato Desert

Wash and cut big pieces of sweet potato Microwave for 5 minutes in a glass bowl cover a plate Don't use plastic bags to microwave It is not healthy Peel and mash the sweet potato pieces Take a pot with milk add the mashed potato Mix with spoon and put the pot on high flame for a while After it starts boiling lower the flame to medium keep stirring It is better to use wooden spoon to stir the pot It will take a while, at least an hour or so It will end up into thick curry  don't switch the flame off add sugar to taste  stir to dissolve It is done now Add nuts of your choice  Take out into glass bowl let it cool down after that put in the fridge It will be more tasty when cold It is healthy, home made dish Enjoy
