Beef Patties with Chic Peas

Take a pot with ground beef add Chic peas,  chopped onion, couple of peeled garlic cloves, small cut ginger pieces, salt and whole red chili Add water to cook properly Leave for 10 minutes on high flame Stir and cover the pot  leave for 30 minutes on medium flame Has to be not much water left but not too dry Now blend everything Make patties of any shape  of your choice You can make Rolls / Sandwiches Or enjoy with rice

Meat Curry

Heat some oil in a pot add chopped onion, stir  and let it be golden Add meat, yogurt, chopped ginger,  garlic,  Red chili powder and salt Cover the pot and leave for  30 minutes on medium flame Stir, add water for curry leave for 15 more minutes Add whole green / red peppers and mint leave the pot for 2 minutes it will add flavor It is done now  enjoy with rice or with bread of your choice

Stir Fried Zucchini

Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add cumin seeds, one whole red chili and couple of whole black peppers Stir and add chopped onion wait till it gets yellowish Now add chopped zucchini add salt and crushed red chili No water added Cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes stir once a while Now add chopped tomatoes few drops of fresh lemon juice whole green pepper and fresh mint leaves Cover the pot and Leave for 5 minutes It is done now enjoy  with rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches with bread of your choice.

Veggie Fried Rice

Take a big pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium heat Cut Cabbage and Carrot in thin slices Cut Spring onion Put everything in the pot add chopped garlic and ginger, Salt, pepper, red chili powder and green peas Stir fry for 2 minutes Now add boiled rice in the pot Stir with two big spoons  for 2 minutes to mix everything  Cover the pot and leave  on the stove for 2 to 3 minutes It is done now Enjoy

Stir Fried Mix Veggies

My apology for not posting  my Recipe last week When you are in transit, you lose track Take a pot with some cooking oil add chopped onion leave on medium heat for a while to make it  yellowish Add mix veges you can get the bag of mix veges  from the market Now add chopped tomatoes  chopped garlic and ginger salt, pepper, crushed red chili Don't add water Cover the pot and leave  on medium heat  for 20 minutes Stir for couple of minutes to mix It is done now Enjoy with Macaroni / Pasta / Rice or make Rolls / Sandwiches  with bread of your own choice
