Rice Dessert Dish

Cook some plain rice Add lots of milk in the rice pot Leave the pot on medium flame for an hour keep the pot slightly open so not to let it boil and not to spoil the stove Milk quantity has to be dried off to make it not too liquidy Now add sugar to taste stir and leave for 10 more minutes add some raisin and sliced almonds It is done, enjoy your desert It will be delicious and full of nutrition

Roasted Chicken

Take the Roasting bag Put some chicken pieces into the bag you can take boneless chicken, wings, or legs Now add onion cut pieces couple of whole fresh garlic cloves few drops of oil sprinkle some salt Add Rosemary  to give extra flavor If you like hot  sprinkle some red chili powder or crushed chili Tie up  the Roasting bag  and put it in oven at 400 C for 30 minutes Take the chicken pieces out of bag and put it on foil don't cover or fold put it in the oven at 400 for  8 to 10 more minutes to dry up the extra liquid and to give color It is done Enjoy with bread of your choice / Rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches / enjoy with Fries / Garlic bread

Fried Chicken Rice

Take whole chicken with cuts and skin off  put it in a pot with some cooking oil Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, oil,  yogurt,  salt, pepper and red chili powder Don't add any water Cover the pot and put it on full flame  for couple of minutes after that lower the flame to medium  leave for 20 minutes Cook rice separately Flip the chicken in the pot spread the rice on top of the chicken  also spread some mint leaves and one whole green / red Bell pepper. It will give extra  flavor. Cover the pot and leave  for 10 minutes on medium flame It is done now Enjoy with Family / Friends.

Stir Fried Eggplant

Take eggplants of any shape  any size Make long cuts into four  if it is of big size make more cuts keep the head intact Now in the pot put some oil with cumin seeds,  couple of whole black peppers one whole red pepper Put the pot on medium heat after couple of minutes add the eggplant, couple of spoons of yogurt, salt and red chili powder Stir to Mix  No water added Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes stir and add some chopped Parsley or  Mint /  Dill.   One whole Green Pepper Anything green to give color It is done now enjoy with  Bread of your choice / Rice Mix in Pasta / Macaroni Sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours My Dear
