Fried Chicken Rice
Take whole chicken with cuts and skin off
put it in a pot with some cooking oil
Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, oil,
yogurt, salt, pepper and red chili powder
Don't add any water
Cover the pot and put it on full flame
for couple of minutes
after that lower the flame to medium
leave for 20 minutes
Cook rice separately
Flip the chicken in the pot
spread the rice on top of the chicken
also spread some mint leaves
and one whole green / red
Bell pepper.
It will give extra flavor.
Cover the pot and leave
for 10 minutes
on medium flame
It is done now
