Baked Potatoes with Spinach

Wash spinach well cut and spread in the baking dish  sprinkle cooking oil salt, pepper, crushed red chili chopped onion,  chopped garlic and ginger Add cut big pieces of potatoes Spread chopped tomatoes sprinkle salt and pepper sprinkle oil on top No water added Cover the dish with foil bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take the foil off leave for 10 more minutes It is done  Enjoy with bread of your choice / Rice / pasta / macaroni  Make rolls / sandwiches

Baked Ground Beef with Cauliflower

Take a baking tray with some cooking oil spread ground beef sprinkle chopped ginger,  chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and  crushed red chili sprinkle some oil on top too cover the dish with foil  put it in oven at 450 for 20 minutes Take foil off add cut pieces of cauliflower Red and Yellow Bell Pepper to add flavor and color Sprinkle some oil  Cover and put it at  450 for 10 minutes Take foil off Broil for 2 minutes It is done now Enjoy with Rice / Bread Make Rolls / Sandwiches Have with Pasta / Macaroni Enjoy in your own way Have fun

Stir Fried Potatoes with Cauliflower

Take a pot with some cooking oil  Put it on medium flame on stove add Chopped Onion Cover the pot for couple of minutes Let onion to be yellowish Add Cumin Seeds,  Couple of Black Peppers Couple of Whole Red Chili Chopped Tomatoes Cut Potatoes Chopped Cauliflower Sprinkle salt and some cooking oil Cover and leave Pot for 10 minutes Stir  and add  Sliced Red / Green / Yellow Bell Pepper This will add color and Flavor Leave for couple of minutes It is done  Enjoy with Bread / Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Make Sandwiches / Rolls

Peas with Carrot and Tomatoes

Take some oil in frying pan put it on medium flame  add chopped onion  stir and leave for couple of minutes to let it be yellowish Put small cut pieces of carrots Now add green peas chopped tomatoes cumin seeds, salt and crushed red chili and couple of whole black peppers Cover the pot  leave for 10 minutes stir to mix Now add some  chopped Green / Red  Bell pepper Cover the pot and Leave for 2 more minutes It is done now Enjoy with Bread / Rice Make Rolls / Sandwiches
