Fried Rice with Chick Peas

Open Chick Peas can drain and wash well under tap  using sieve, to wash away  the preservatives Take rice in a bowl wash couple of times Now take a pot with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be yellowish Add chopped garlic, chopped  ginger, cumin seeds, one whole red chili Add chic peas salt, pepper and  red chili powder to taste Stir to mix everything add the rice Now add water enough to cook the rice Stir, flame now has to be full  Stir after couple  of minutes Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes on full flame Don't take off the lid lower the flame slightly After 5 minutes Lower the flame to medium for couple of minutes after that to minimum for couple of minutes It is done now you can garnish your dish with sliced boiled egg, Herbs and fried onion, to give color You can sprinkle Crushed red chili in your plate  to taste.

Carrot Desert Quick Recipe

Wash carrots using scrub brush You don't have to peel  Put it into crusher  Take a pot  put it  on medium flame add crushed carrot  add sugar to taste  No water added Cover the pot  Leave for 15 minutes Stir and add  dry skim milk powder as much as you want No water added Keep stirring  for a while It is done  Sprinkle sliced almond and raisin  and enjoy

Spinach with Potatoes

Take a pot with some cooking oil Put it on medium flame add chopped spinach, chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, Cumin seeds,  couple of whole black peppers No water added Cover the pot leave for 5 minutes Now add cut potatoes  in medium sized pieces add tomato paste to give color, not too much otherwise we can not have the natural  taste of veggies  No water added Cover the pot and leave  on stove  for 10 minutes Now add some stir fried chopped onion  to the pot and Leave it on the stove for couple of more minutes stir to mix the flavor and taste It is done now enjoy make Sandwiches/Rolls or enjoy with rice Choices are yours

Veggie Snacks

Take Chick Peas flour in a bowl mix lots of chopped onion,  chopped ginger, chopped Green / Red Bell Peppers, salt and crushed red chili  Mix everything well with water to make a paste, Now stir fry taking one or two Tbs full of the content It will be crispy and tasty Veggie snacks Enjoy with any sauce  of your choice or with Spicy Yogurt
