Stir Fried Fish

Take a pot with cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, Leave for couple of minutes to turn yellowish add cumin seeds, couple of black peppers one whole red chili Chopped tomatoes salt, chili powder to taste Cover the pot leave on stove for 10 minutes Stir and spread  fish pieces No water added don't cover the pot leave for 5 minutes flip the fish pieces and leave for another  5 minutes It is done enjoy with Rice / Bread Choices are yours You can make  Rolls / Burgers Enjoy

Stir Fried Potatoes with Chic Peas

Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame,  add chopped onion leave for a while to let it be yellowish add cumin seeds,  couple of black peppers, one whole red chili Stir and add cut pieces of  potatoes,  you don't have to peel wash well and cut into  small pieces  Open chick peas tin, drain and wash well  under water,  use sieve Sprinkle salt and  crushed red pepper to taste Add water to leave  some curry after  Cover the pot leave for 10 minutes Stir, now It is done Enjoy with Rice / Bread  of your choice

Stir fried Potatoes

Wash potatoes, don't have to peel Scrub and wash well Slice in any shape any size Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add cumin seeds, one whole red chili and couple of black peppers Now add potato slices  sprinkle salt and crushed red chili add water, enough to leave some curry after. add chopped green chili and mint leaves cover the pot and higher the flame Leave for 10 minutes sprinkle fresh lemon juice It is done now  Enjoy with Rice/Pasta or with bread of your choice

Baked Meat with Veggies

Take meat with bone or boneless, in a bowl add yogurt, chopped onion, garlic, ginger,  chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and red chili powder Sprinkle cooking oil mix everything well Take a baking dish, sprinkle some oil spread the content from the bowl into the dish, cover with foil put it in oven at  450 for 20 minutes Take cover off add cut pieces of potatoes,  sliced red, green bell pepper, cabbage and green peas Cover with foil leave the dish at 450  for 15 minutes  Don't let it dried off leave some curry It will be juicy, flavor and more tasty It is done now enjoy with  Rice /Pasta/ Macaroni or with Bread of your choice

Stir Fried Zucchini

Take a pot, put it on  medium flame,  with some cooking oil add chopped onion,  leave it for  couple of minutes to let it be yellowish Stir and add  chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic,  cumin seeds,  one whole red chili, salt and pepper Cover and leave the pot for 5 minutes Stir and add,  chopped zucchini. You don't have to peel  just wash well under tap water  and cut into any size and shape Sprinkle oil, salt and crushed red chili to taste Cover the pot and  leave for 15 minutes Take the lid off Stir to mix leave for 5 more minutes It is done now Enjoy with rice or  take with bread of  your choice Make Sandwiches / Rolls Whatever you like
