Baked Meat with Veggies


Veggie-Filled Enchilada Pasta Casserole (with Optional Ground Beef ...










Take meat with bone or boneless,
in a bowl add yogurt,
chopped onion, garlic, ginger, 
chopped tomatoes, salt,
pepper and red chili powder

Sprinkle cooking oil
mix everything well

Take a baking dish, sprinkle some oil
spread the content from the bowl
into the dish, cover with foil
put it in oven at 
450 for 20 minutes

Take cover off
add cut pieces of potatoes, 
sliced red, green bell pepper,
cabbage and green peas

Cover with foil
leave the dish at 450 
for 15 minutes 

Don't let it dried off
leave some curry
It will be juicy, flavor
and more tasty

It is done now enjoy with 
Rice /Pasta/ Macaroni
or with Bread of your choice
