Chicken with Honey Garlic

  Stir fry couple pieces of Chicken Breasts on Medium Flame  add Salt, Garlic and Honey add couple of Cut Potatoes Stir and add Pepper, Ketchup Crushed Red pepper to taste, stir  Switch off stove  Transfer it to a Baking Dish Cover and Bake at  450 for 20 minutes take off the foil Now Bake for 15 more minutes It is done Sprinkle Chopped Basil/ Cilantro  Enjoy with Rice / Bread Pasta/ Noodles Your Choice

Spinach Omelette

  Crack couple of eggs in a bowl Whip with fork add Chopped Onion Chopped Tomatoes Garlic, Ginger  Spinach Salt, Pepper Mix everything well Stir fry in a frying pan Flip Sprinkle Crushed Red pepper to taste Flip again  Keep it for couple of more minutes to give color Enjoy with Ketchup Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Fish Patties

  Open fish can  or you can have any fresh one drain water Put it in a bowl add shredded Cabbage Egg, Salt, Pepper, Tomato paste Chopped Parsley Dip Bread slice in water Squeeze and put in the bowl Mix everything well Make Patties of your choice Stir fry Enjoy with Ketchup / Sauce Make Sandwiches / Rolls

Potato Patties

  Microwave couple of potatoes Peel and mash with fork in a bowl Mix chopped onions Salt, Pepper  Tomato Paste  Chopped Parsley Chopped Cabbage Crushed Red chili to taste Mix everything well Make Patties of any Size / Shape Stir Fry Enjoy with Ketchup Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Quick Desert

Take Plain yogurt full  2% - 3%  Fruit yogurt any of your choice Put it in a bowl add cut Strawberries Blueberries Apple, Banana, Peach any fruit of your choice add Crunchy peanut butter It will taste like Nuts  in the dish and Honey Mix everything with fork  and spoon It is done Enjoy Healthy and quick Desert
