  Take pot with some oil add chopped onion leave for couple  of minutes stir, add yogurt Chopped garlic, ginger Cinnamon small stick Chopped tomato Salt, chili powder to taste Cover the pot leave on higher than  Medium flame for couple of minutes Stir, add Chicken Cover the pot for some time Stir, cover the pot leave for 15 minutes Stir add semi boiled rice Sprinkle oil Cover pot, Leave for 10 minutes on medium flame Sprinkle chopped Parsley Stir to mix Carefully Not to mash the rice It is done  Enjoy

Beef Patties

  Chop Parsley, Mint  Garlic  add in ground beef sprinkle salt, pepper, Oil add yogurt mix everything make Patties of any shape / size  your choice Fry or bake Cover dish with foil bake at 450 for  20 minutes take cover off sprinkle oil bake 10 more minutes Don't let it dry out enjoy with Salad  Sauce / Ketchup

Bread Sweet Dish

                        Fry bread slices Spread in a baking dish sprinkle sugar to taste add milk to dip slices don't cover the dish Bake at 400  for 15 minutes don't let milk dry out spread Evaporated milk bake for 5 minutes spread condensed milk Bake for one minute Take the dish out Let it cool down Garnish with chopped Almond and Pistachio Enjoy

Big Veggie Salad

  Cut Potatoes  Sweet potatoes Microwave and  Broil in oven Spread salad leaves  in a Bowl, add potatoes Sweet potatoes Sprinkle olive oil Vinegar, Salt, Pepper Chopped Carrot Sliced Bell Peppers Toss to mix  On top to garnish Cherry tomatoes Nuts and sliced Boiled eggs Sprinkle  Salt and Pepper Enjoy  

Chicken Curry

  Take chicken breast pieces  in a bowl, add Garlic paste Oil, yogurt, salt and pepper Mix everything well Leave for sometime  on room temperature  Take a pot with oil Put it on higher than  medium flame add chopped Onion let it be light brown add tomato paste Cover the pot after couple of minutes add chicken Sprinkle oil Hot sauce to taste Leave for some time Stir and cover the pot Leave to cook Stir and check the chicken Cover again if not done Garnish with Mint / Parsley Enjoy with Rice / bread  of your choice

Chicken Wings with Honey

  Take Chicken wings  in Frying pan with oil put it on medium heat add chopped Garlic Sprinkle Salt, Pepper add water to cook Cover the top leave for sometime  on stove, add Hot sauce to taste Mustard, Soy Sauce Stir for couple of minutes add Honey and Ketchup Cover and leave for  couple of minutes It is done Garnish with  Green Onion and Parsley Enjoy

Veggie fried Rice

  Take a big frying pan with  some oil, put it  on medium heat add chopped onion  Stir, add chopped Garlic frozen mixed vegetables leave for couple of minutes  stir and add Chopped Cabbage Sprinkle Salt, Pepper add Precooked rice Sprinkle Soy sauce vinegar, oil Couple of drops Hot Sauce Whisk eggs to make Scrambled egg add and mix everything Sprinkle Chopped Green Onion It is done Enjoy

Steak with Thyme

  Take Steak pieces on both sides  spread Avocado oil salt and pepper Take cast iron frying pan put on medium flame put butter to melt add chopped Garlic stir and put  Steak on the side Tilt the pan so not to dip  the Steak go on spreading  with spoon hot melted butter on  Steak pieces It will take some time  to cook Flip the pieces Repeat the same process putting the heated butter on pieces put Rosemary and Thyme on top of steak  and go on putting  hot butter It will take 10 minutes to cook properly It will be great and tasty Enjoy

  Cut small pieces of  Chicken breast put it in a bowl dip in milk sprinkle Garlic salt, pepper Yogurt, Corn flour, oil few drops of Chili sauce Mix everything leave for at least 30 minutes Spread in baking tray Cover with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take cover off bake for 10 more minutes Don't let it be dry otherwise Sprinkle milk and bake at 375 for 5 minutes It is done enjoy

  Take a frying pan with oil put it on medium flame add minced Garlic Chopped Onion Stir for couple of minutes add pre boiled minced meat Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Soya Sauce, Vinegar Stir, Add Sliced Carrot Green and Red Bell Peppers Tomatoes, Peas, Broccoli  Pinch of Sugar Stir to mix, spread Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Chopped Green Onion, Mint It is done Enjoy

  Take any fish of your choice Sprinkle salt, Pepper, lemon juice Soya sauce, chopped Thyme leave for couple of minutes Coat with flour each side Fry on higher than medium flame It will be golden and crispy Enjoy with Ketchup / Tartar Sauce Salad and Fries

  Take couple of beef pieces for Steak Hammer   on each side with  rolling pin put it in a bowl Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper Oregano, Lemon juice,  Soya Sauce rub on each side and leave for couple of minutes take oil in big frying pan put it on higher than  medium flame put Steak pieces  in frying pan Cover pan for 10 minutes flip,  cover and leave for  10 more minutes It is done Enjoy

  Take Fish of your choice Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice Spread well on Fish pieces on both sides leave for couple of minutes  to marinate take a bowl with all purpose flour add pinch of salt, pepper baking soda, Rosemary some water to  make a paste add few drops of oil mix everything well dip fish pieces into bowl to give a coating Take a big frying pan put it on high flame spread fish pieces lower the flame to  higher than medium Flip, let it be golden color Enjoy with Tartar sauce / Ketchup / Mayonnaise  Enjoy with fries / Baked Potatoes
