  Take a pot with some oil Put it on high flame add chopped Onions, Ginger Stir add Ground Beef Stir, Sprinkle  Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato Paste Hot Sauce to Taste Cover the pot Lower Flame to higher  than Medium  After couple of minutes Stir, add Cut Potatoes Cover pot After couple of minutes Check potatoes  Add Sliced Red and Green Bell Peppers, Broccoli Sprinkle Oil Cover pot Leave for couple  of more minutes Stir, Sprinkle Chopped Green Onions and Parsley Stir to Mix It is done  Enjoy

    Take a pot with Oil put it on higher than medium flame add Chopped onions Garlic stir Chopped Tomatoes Potato Cubes Salt Pepper Stir and cover the pot Leave for couple  of minutes Stir add Peas Boiled Rice Broccoli, Sliced Green, Orange and Red Bell Peppers Sprinkle Oil, Vinegar Soy Sauce Cover the pot Stir to Mix Leave for couple  of more minutes It is done Enjoy

  Take big pot with oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic Ginger, onion Stir add Boneless chicken small pieces, stir add chopped tomatoes Chili sauce to taste Salt, Pepper Cover the pot Leave for couple  of minutes  add peas, cabbage Broccoli   boiled pasta Sliced Red, Green Yellow Bell Peppers Soy sauce Leave for couple  of minutes  Stir to mix It is done Enjoy

  Put cut big pieces of  Avocado in a bowl add Pineapple chunks Peas, Cherry tomatoes cut Cucumbers Lettuce, Baby corns Apple cubes Croutons Sprinkle Olive oil Salt, Pepper  Lemon juice Sugar Mix well It is healthy Complete diet Enjoy
