  Take Chicken Breast in a bowl, make cuts with knife Sprinkle Garlic salt Oil, red sauce to taste yogurt, mix well with chicken breast Sprinkle oil in Frying pan put it on high flame Spread Chicken Breast Cover the pan lower flame to  higher than medium after couple of minutes Flip chicken Cover pan Leave for five minutes Check if done Leave some curry it will be juicy Enjoy

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than medium flame add chopped onion Garlic, Ginger Stir, add Chopped Tomatoes after couple  of minutes Stir, add Beef Sprinkle Salt Pepper Cover the pot leave for some time let Beef to be tender No water added let it be sort of fried add Boiled rice Sprinkle lemon juice  chopped mint Sliced Green Red Bell peppers Stir, cover the pot leave on stove for some time It is done Enjoy
