Take some potatoes

Don't peel 

cut into squares

sprinkle oil 

no salt, no seasoning

Bake at 450 for 30 minutes

check with knife

if done

Broil for one minute

to give color 

to make it crispy

Enjoy with any sauce

Ketchup / coleslaw  

Salt, Pepper
