Fish Patties

Drain liquid

put it in a bowl

add Salt, Pepper 

Lemon juice 

Chopped onion

Parsley, tomato 

Slice of bread soaked 

and squeezed

Few drops of Hot Sauce

Mix everything well

Make Patties

of any size / shape

Fry

Enjoy with Salad and

Ketchup
