Beef Patties

Put preboiled minced meat 

in a bowl add chopped 

Green onions 

Garlic, salt, Pepper

Hot Sauce to taste

Tomato ketchup

lemon juice few drops

oil few drops

Mix everything well

Spread this on Tortillas

Fold and press the ends

with fork to seal

Fry to make it golden

and crispy

Enjoy with Salad and 

Ketchup

    Take a baking tray sprinkle oil Spread ground beef Chopped onion, Garlic Ginger, tomatoes Green, Red and Orange Bell peppers Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Oil, Soy Sauce Mix everything Cover with foil Bake at 450 for  20 minutes Take foil off Stir to mix Spread Shredded  Mozzarella cheese Bake at 400 for couple of minutes let the cheese melt Don't burn it out It is done Enjoy
