  Open fish can drain and put fish  in a bowl add lemon juice wet bread slice not with much water shredded Cabbage Chopped Green red Bell peppers Salt, Pepper Red chili flakes to taste mix everything make patties of any shape any size stir fry enjoy with Ketchup make Rolls / sandwiches  

  Sprinkle oil in Baking tray Spread Ground Beef Add Chopped onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomatoes Salt, Pepper Hot Sauce to taste Potatoes Halves Mix together Sprinkle Oil Cover with foil Bake at 450 for  30 minutes Remove foil Mix Everything Bake 10 more minutes Check for the Gravy There has to be some Not too dry Keep track

  Sprinkle oil  on a baking tray spread Ground Beef minced Garlic, Ginger Chopped tomatoes Salt, Pepper Hot sauce to taste Sprinkle oil Mix everything Cover the tray with foil Bake at 450  for 20 minutes Broil for couple  of minutes to give color and add up taste
