    Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add Meat, Salt, Pepper Sliced Onion, Garlic, Ginger Tomatoes Sprinkle Oil Cover the pot Leave for 20 Minutes No water added Stir, cover and leave for  another 20 minutes No water added add Cut Potatoes Spinach, sprinkle Salt Pepper, Oil  Cover pot Leave for 10 minutes  It will be done Enjoy

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than medium flame add Chopped Onion Garlic and Ginger Stir, add Ground Beef Salt, Pepper stir, cover pot for 5 minutes, Stir, cover leave for 5 more minutes add Chopped tomatoes Sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers, Higher the flame stir, add boiled Rice Sprinkle Oil, Salt, Pepper Lemon Juice Stir, Cover pot for 5 minutes Stir, Sprinkle Chopped  Parsley / Mint  It is done Enjoy

  Microwave couple of Potatoes Mash, add Salt, Pepper Crushed Green Red and Yellow Bell Peppers Sliced Parsley / Coriander Lemon Juice Make Patties Stir Fry  Enjoy with  Ketchup, Salad.

  Take a piece of Beef in a pot add Oil, Yogurt, Salt Pepper, Chopped Garlic Ginger, No water added keep it overnight in fridge to marinate  after that cook on  medium flame to get it  tender, No water added Slice to make Burgers Rolls, Sandwiches.
