Potato Dish

Take a pot with some cooking oil  Put it on medium heat add some cumin seeds couple of whole black peppers and one whole red chili Cut potatoes, not into big pieces,  thick slice will be better add potatoes in the pot, sprinkle salt also add some water just to dip the potatoes add one whole green chili  You can also add chopped parsley or green coriander to give color and taste Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes It is done now, if not leave for 5 more minutes have with rice or bread of your choice Make sandwiches or rolls Enjoy

Beef Burgers

Take ground beef add chopped onion,  chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger, chopped or paste.  Chopped green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers some cooking oil, salt, pepper and crushed chili Mix everything. Now take a baking dish put some oil to grease the dish Make patties of any size or shape of your choice Spread in the dish, cover the dish with foil and  put at 450 for 20 minutes Now take the foil off and leave the dish at the same  temperature for further 20 minutes. It is done now, if you want some color broil for 2 minutes Don't dry up the patties It has to be juicy Enjoy making Rolls, burgers, sandwiches Take it with rice or pasta If you don't want chopped Bell peppers, don't add I always mix some veggies It gives balance and adds up color

Ground Beef with Spinach

Take a baking dish put some cooking oil spread ground beef add some peeled garlic cloves, ginger pieces and chopped onion. Sprinkle salt, pepper  and some crushed red pepper,  on top spread tomato slices  and sprinkle some oil. Cover the dish with foil and put in oven at 375 for 30 minutes Now take the dish out, put chopped spinach and sliced tomatoes sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover the dish and put at 400 for 10 minutes It is done now. If you want not much curry  you can leave at 450 for 5 more minutes. Make roll / sandwiches  take it with bread of your choice  Mix with macaroni / pasta or rice Enjoy 

Kitchen is a sacred place

I love to cook and enjoy my time in kitchen.  I think cooking is combination of arts and science. So many Faculties are in this area to join hands. When we enter the kitchen area, first thing our mind  as well as  our heart has to be into it. Recipes come after.  Kitchen is a playground, where we play with the ingredients  of our own choice. Kitchen is like a studio, where we try to give color to our cooking. Kitchen is a workshop, where we mix various substances to create new products. Cooking is a process of experimentation, where we go on changing the ratio and substituting the ingredients to get something with taste, aroma and color. Cooking is a very special art, my Dear, don't undermine that.  It is also like a meditation. I believe Love and Smile, are the main ingredients, no matter what we cook and how we cook. Carrot Sweet Dish

Take the big carrots, long ones wash properly, scrub with small brush so you don't have to peel Now cut into big pieces and put in crusher Take a pot put the carrot into  and put on medium heat Add enough sugar and cover the pot Leave for 20 minutes so sugar can  dissolve and  get mixed with carrot Stir once a while There has to be not much water left now add some dry powder milk mix for couple of minutes and it is done You can mix crushed coconut  and nuts  of your choice This will be healthy and quick you can snack  or have it like a desert  after lunch or dinner

Beef with Potatoes

Last week I posted Recipe for Baked Ground Beef Make that and can store in  your Freezer Take some from the freezer and you  can  make variety of dishes  whenever you want to Here I am writing the recipe for potatoes  with ground beef You can take the quantity of the beef  as much you want This is your own choice I mean if you want more beef  than potatoes Take more amount of the baked ground beef Take a pot with some oil add  the baked ground beef You can microwave the beef in a bowl to  slightly melt it down Don't over do, This will change the taste Now put it in a pot with some oil on medium flame Add chopped tomatoes some salt and pepper  add some red chili powder too if you want hot Cut the potatoes into medium square pieces Put this into the pot  add some water  cover the pot Leave it for 15  to 20 minutes Now add chopped bell pepper You can take of all the colors ...

Baked Ground Beef

Take baking dish Grease with cooking oil Take a bowl Put some ground beef add ginger garlic paste chopped onion chopped tomatoes Chopped green Bell peppers add Yogurt and also  some cooking oil Mix everything with spoon you can use washed hands Best tools we have Put the mixture in the baking dish Cover with foil put it in oven for 450 C for 20 minutes Now bake for 20 minutes at the same temp without foil Keep track of the water in the dish There has to be some curry  I mean not too dry when done It is done now You can enjoy with bread of your choice make rolls or sandwiches Enjoy with Rice or with pasta and noodles
