Beef Potato Patties

  Microwave big cut pieces of potatoes Peel and mash with fork in a bowl Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, chopped onion, chopped ginger, garlic, tomato paste,  sprinkle cooking oil to make it soft and tasty You can add crushed red chili to taste if you want Mix well, make patties of any size and shape Take baking tray, sprinkle oil spread patties, cover with foil bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take off the foil,  bake for 10 more minutes Broil for 1 to 2 minutes to give color It is done, enjoy with Rice / Spaghetti / Pasta Make Sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours

Baked Lemon Ginger Chicken

  Take a baking dish, sprinkle oil take chicken legs with cuts or you can take boneless, choice is yours.  Spread chicken in the tray Sprinkle oil and lemon juice,  salt, pepper, and chopped ginger On top sprinkle oil, and  Parsley Cover with foil, put in oven  at 450  for 20 minutes Remove foil put for 5 more minutes It is done, juicy and tasty Enjoy with Salad and  dressings  of your choice with Bread / Rice Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Beef with Noodles and Veggies

  Take a baking tray sprinkle cooking oil. Spread ground beef, sprinkle garlic salt, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cover the tray and bake at 450 for 15 minutes.  Take off the foil, bake at 450 for 15 more minutes.  Spread boiled Pasta / Noodles and Pasta sauce. Sprinkle sliced Green and Red Bell Peppers. Spread shredded Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Garlic salt, crushed red chili to taste.  Cover the tray and Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes.  It will be tasty. Enjoy.

Chick Peas with Veggies

Open chic peas can drain, use sieve wash well under water  to wash out preservatives Take a baking dish  spread chic peas,  pasta sauce, chopped onion,  chopped red and  green Bell Pepper Chopped tomatoes, Sprinkle Garlic salt and  Crushed Red chili, Shredded  Mozzarella  Cheese Bake at 450 for 5 minutes It is done Have it like snacks  with sauce  of your choice  Enjoy with Pasta / Noodles / Tortillas Choices are yours  My Dear

Potato Dish with Veggies

Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add Cumin seeds,  couple  of  Black peppers and one whole  Red Chili Add sliced / cut  pieces of potatoes Sprinkle salt and Red chili powder to taste  add water  to cook  and to  leave some  for  curry after Cover the pot leave for 10 minutes stir and add one chopped Green  and one Red Bell Pepper, shredded Mozzarella cheese, chopped Parsley / Green Coriander Cover the pot leave for couple of more minutes It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice / Macaroni / Pasta

Spinach / Potatoes and Cheese

Take a pot with some  cooking oil Put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be slightly golden add cumin seed, couple  of  black peppers and  one  whole red chili to add up flavor add chopped tomatoes, cut potatoes and chopped spinach Sprinkle salt and  red chili powder and cooking oil No water added cover the pot and leave on medium flame for  15 minutes Stir, check potatoes if done spread shredded Mozzarella cheese Don't cover the pot leave on stove for  couple  of  minutes to cheese get  melted and be tasty Dish is ready enjoy with rice or  bread  of your choice make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours

Stir Fried Okra with Lemon

Take a pot with some  Cooking oil Put it on medium flame Add Cumin seeds, couple  of  Black peppers, one whole Red pepper, Sliced Okra and Chopped tomatoes Sprinkle salt, pepper, crushed Red chili, cooking oil and Lemon juice No water added Cover the pot leave at medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes Stir and leave for another 5 to 8 minutes Sprinkle chopped Mint / Parsley/ Green Coriander It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice Make Sandwiches / Rolls
