Beef Patties

  Take Ground Beef put it in a Bowl add Garlic Salt, Pepper, Tomato paste and Crushed Red Chili to taste Sprinkle Oil and  Oregano or Chopped Parsley Microwave couple of Potatoes Peel and mash with fork Add to the Bowl Mix everything well Make Patties of the size and shape of your choice Take a Frying pan with some Oil Put it on high flame Spread the Patties Lower the Flame  Cover the pan  Leave for coupe of minutes Flip Patties Cover the Pan Leave for couple of minutes Take the lid off Flip to give color Check with Knife  If it is done Enjoy with Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Patties Enjoy

Macaroni with Ground Beef

  Take a Pot with couple spoons of Butter Put it on medium Flame add milk and Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar Cheese Keep stirring Add preboiled Ground Beef Sprinkle Soya Sauce  Hot Sauce to taste Salt and Pepper Mix everything Add preboiled Macaroni Sprinkle Oil Stir to mix well Sprinkle Chopped Parsley It is done Enjoy

Pasta, Chicken, Fruit and Veggies

  Take a Pot to boil Pasta Drain and add Chopped  Carrots,  Apple Green Peas and  Precooked Chicken Strips Sprinkle  Oil Soya Sauce Salt and Pepper Stir to Mix Cover the pot Put it on Medium flame  for one to two minutes Switch the flame off Add sliced Red and Yellow  Bell Peppers and  Mayonnaise  Hot Sauce to taste Stir to mix well It is done Enjoy

Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies

  Take Frying pan with some oil Put on medium flame Spread Sliced Onions, Zucchini  Garlic, Ginger, washed and drained Kidney Beans Sliced Red and Yellow  Bell Peppers Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Stir for couple of minutes add preboiled Pasta Sprinkle Oil Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper to taste Hot Sauce to taste Sprinkle Chopped Basil / Parsley Stir to Mix  It is done  Enjoy

  Take Chicken Strips in a Bowl add couple spoons  of Corn Starch Garlic Salt, Pepper Hot Sauce, Tomato Ketchup Sprinkle Oil Mix everything well Take a Frying Pan with some oil  Put it on Medium Flame after couple of minutes Spread the Chicken Strips in the pan Cover the Pan Leave for couple of minutes Flip the Strips Cover the Pan again Leave for couple of minutes Take the cover off Stir for sometimes  Flip the Strips  It is done Enjoy with Rice / Pasta Make Rolls / Burgers Choices are yours

  Open Tuna can, drain  put in a bowl Add Shredded Carrots Chopped Red , Green, Yellow  Bell peppers Chopped Tomatoes Corn,  Green Peas Croutons Boiled Pasta Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Lemon Juice Chopped Parsley Mayonnaise  Mix Everything well Enjoy

  Take a Bowl  Put some Shredded Chicken  Chopped tomatoes Sliced Green and  Red  Bell Peppers Chopped Onion and Garlic  Shredded  Cheese Mayonnaise Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Mix everything Put the mixture  on Tortilla put some yogurt on top Sprinkle  Hot sauce to taste Make Roll and Enjoy
