Fish with tomatoes

Take a frying pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame. Add chopped onion, leave for couple of minutes to make it yellow Now add chopped garlic, chopped ginger,  chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper  red chili powder, two table spoon yogurt add tomato paste to give color to the dish Cover the pot and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes Stir and spread pieces of fish in the frying pan You can take any fish of your choice cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes now flip the fish pieces  cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes you can sprinkle chopped parsley or coriander to give color and flavor cover and leave for 2 minutes If you want not so juicy take the cover off and leave for  couple of more minutes to simmer  It is done now Enjoy with rice, chips or  with bread of your choice

French Toast

Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add milk and sugar to taste mix everything with fork Cut bread slices into two  or  four pieces Now dip the pieces in the  bowl for couple of minutes Take a frying pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame Stir fry the bread pieces to yellowish golden It will be a healthy snack You can have it like a desert   Enjoy

Ground Beef with Green Peas

I try to make dishes of Meat with Veggies  It gives a balance Diet Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium flame  add chopped onion cover the pot and leave for couple of minutes Stir and add chopped tomatoes chopped ginger and garlic  now add ground beef salt, pepper and red chili powder tomato paste add couple of tea spoons of yogurt too It will add up nutrition, taste and flavor cover the pot and leave for 30 minutes on medium flame Don't add any water Now add green peas you can add sliced Bell Peppers  Red, Green, Yellow and Orange Couple of slices of each to give color Leave for couple of minutes it is done now Enjoy with bread of your choice make Sandwiches / Rolls take it with Pasta / Rice anything you like to have with

Egg Potato Curry

I never start cooking anything until my heart is into it. It means whatever clicks to my mind I go for that.  I was thinking about Egg Curry so I started making that  to put on the dinner table for my family. Kitchen is a place to play around with all the colors, tastes  and flavors, to transform into product of your own choice. We are talking here about Egg Curry.  Take some cooking oil in the pot and put it on medium flame. Add chopped onion, cover the pot leave for couple of minutes  to make onion yellowish. Stir and add chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic  couple of cloves,  chopped ginger,  red chili powder and salt you can add some tomato paste  to give color  Also add one table spoon  of yogurt.  Add some water and cover the pot.  Leave for 15 minutes on medium flame. Peel potatoes and cut into big pieces,  into two or four  depends on the size. add in the pot leave for ten minutes Check with knife, to make sure if it is done. Boil eggs
