Ground Beef with Green Peas
I try to make dishes of Meat
with Veggies
It gives a balance Diet
Take a pot with some cooking oil
put it on medium flame
add chopped onion
cover the pot
and leave for couple of minutes
Stir and add chopped tomatoes
chopped ginger and garlic
now add ground beef
salt, pepper and red chili powder
tomato paste
add couple of tea spoons of
yogurt too
It will add up nutrition, taste and flavor
cover the pot and
leave for 30 minutes on medium flame
Don't add any water
Now add green peas
you can add sliced Bell Peppers
Red, Green, Yellow and Orange
Couple of slices of each
to give color
Leave for couple of minutes
it is done now
Enjoy with bread of your choice
make Sandwiches / Rolls
take it with Pasta / Rice anything you like
