Potato Dish with Veggies

Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add Cumin seeds,  couple  of  Black peppers and one whole  Red Chili Add sliced / cut  pieces of potatoes Sprinkle salt and Red chili powder to taste  add water  to cook  and to  leave some  for  curry after Cover the pot leave for 10 minutes stir and add one chopped Green  and one Red Bell Pepper, shredded Mozzarella cheese, chopped Parsley / Green Coriander Cover the pot leave for couple of more minutes It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice / Macaroni / Pasta

Spinach / Potatoes and Cheese

Take a pot with some  cooking oil Put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be slightly golden add cumin seed, couple  of  black peppers and  one  whole red chili to add up flavor add chopped tomatoes, cut potatoes and chopped spinach Sprinkle salt and  red chili powder and cooking oil No water added cover the pot and leave on medium flame for  15 minutes Stir, check potatoes if done spread shredded Mozzarella cheese Don't cover the pot leave on stove for  couple  of  minutes to cheese get  melted and be tasty Dish is ready enjoy with rice or  bread  of your choice make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours

Stir Fried Okra with Lemon

Take a pot with some  Cooking oil Put it on medium flame Add Cumin seeds, couple  of  Black peppers, one whole Red pepper, Sliced Okra and Chopped tomatoes Sprinkle salt, pepper, crushed Red chili, cooking oil and Lemon juice No water added Cover the pot leave at medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes Stir and leave for another 5 to 8 minutes Sprinkle chopped Mint / Parsley/ Green Coriander It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice Make Sandwiches / Rolls

Egg with Veggies

Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame Add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes to let it be golden Stir and add chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic, ginger cumin seeds, salt pepper red chili powder to taste and tomato paste No water added cover the pot and leave for 10 to 15 minutes Boil couple of eggs peel and cut into half Put it into the pot cover and leave  for  2 minutes  Stir, sprinkle chopped mint,  Parsley, chopped Green and  Red  Bell pepper It will be quick and delicious Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Chicken with Broccoli

Take a bowl put  boneless chicken pieces add garlic, ginger paste, yogurt,  red chili powder to taste,  salt and  pepper sprinkle some cooking oil Mix everything  Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes  to let it be golden add tomato paste salt, pepper and red chili powder to taste  No water added Cover the pot  leave for couple of minutes to let the onion be slightly cooked and also be mixed with tomato paste Stir and add chicken  from the bowl into the pot Stir to mix  No water added Cover the pot Leave for 10 minutes Stir and leave for further 10 to 15 minutes It will be done by now Add  sliced Red / Green Bell Peppers and Broccoli to give color and top up nutrition Cover and leave the pot  for just couple of minutes Don't overcook Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your  choice / Pasta / Macaroni
