Stir Fried Beef with Veggies

  Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame Add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes add ground beef Stir and add chopped  garlic and  ginger,  yogurt, salt, pepper,  and cumin powder Sprinkle lemon juice Red chili powder  to taste is optional No water added Stir and cover the pot  for 15 minutes Add cut pieces of  Broccoli,  Carrots and  Cauliflower   Stir to mix and leave for 10 more minutes Add sliced Red, Yellow, Green and Orange Bell Peppers Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Stir to mix  leave for 2 minutes It is done Enjoy with Pasta / Macaroni  Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Chicken with Rice and Veggies

  Boil Chicken pieces  Doesn't matter with bone  or boneless Boil rice separately Slice potatoes,  egg plant  and carrots  Stir fry the vegetables Take a baking dish  Sprinkle oil Spread chopped tomatoes and chicken pieces Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper  and chili powder  to taste if you want Now spread  Sliced Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers  and half of the fried Veggies Spread Rice and  the rest of veggies Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice  Cover and Bake at 450 for 15 minutes It will be done Enjoy

Vegetable egg fried rice

  Take a wok with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic, cut and blanched Broccoli, peas,  Spring onion stir  add lightly beaten eggs,  stir and  add Soya sauce,  salt and pepper Stir  add pre cooked rice, Stir to mix everything Cover the pot  Leave it on stove for 2 minutes on high flame   for 5 minutes on  medium flame and further 5 minutes on lower flame to get steam and  spices flavor Stir It is done Enjoy

Baked Veggie Pasta

  Take a pan with some olive oil put the pan on medium flame add chopped onion, thick slices of Zucchini and Egg plant Stir and add crushed garlic  and chopped tomatoes, Spinach leaves,  thick chopped pieces of Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers Stir and add  shredded Cheddar cheese salt, pepper, hot sauce  to taste and Basil Stir to mix everything Take a baking dish sprinkle oil Spread  precooked  drained pasta Spread the content  from the pan into the baking dish  spread  pasta sauce, Shredded  Mozzarella cheese sprinkle salt  and pepper Cover the dish with foil bake at 400 for 10 minutes   take the cover off bake for 5 more minutes Broil for 1 to 2 minute It is done Enjoy

Baked Beef

  Take a baking tray oil with cooking oil  Spread beef big pieces make cut marks with knife tip Sprinkle salt, pepper, chopped garlic,  chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes  and green chili,  sprinkle some cooking oil  on top  Cover with foil bake at 450 for 30 minutes take foil off bake for 15 more minutes It is done now enjoy  with Mashed potatoes / Rice / Bread of your choice Make sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours
