Stir Fried Veggies

Take a pot with some cooking oil, put it on medium flame add cut pieces of Egg Plant, salt, pepper, cumin seeds,  red chili powder,  chopped ginger, garlic,  chopped tomatoes, tomato paste to give color, some water Cover the pot  and leave for 5 to 8 minutes  on  medium flame now add cut potatoes,  sprinkle cooking oil, crushed red chili,  chopped Parsley / Green Coriander, to give color Stir to mix, cover the pot  and leave for 10 minutes on medium flame Stir to mix It is done now enjoy with Bread of your choice / Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Roast Beef with Veggies

Take yogurt in a bowl, add salt,  pepper,  red chili powder,  chopped onion,  tomatoes, garlic and ginger Now put small size of meat  with bones or boneless Sprinkle cooking oil Mix everything well. Take a baking dish sprinkle  some cooking oil spread the content from the bowl into the dish, cover with foil and  put in oven  at 450 for 20 minutes Take the cover off  add cut pieces of potatoes Sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers Cabbage and Green Peas Cover with foil Leave the dish in the oven for 15 more minutes at 450 Don't let it be dried off has to be some curry left it will give the fullness and more flavor It is done, enjoy with  Rice / Bread of your choice / Macaroni / Pasta Make Sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours

Beef with Cauliflower

Take a baking tray  sprinkle  cooking oil spread ground beef, sprinkle  chopped garlic,  ginger, salt,  red chili power, chopped tomatoes and cumin seeds Cover the tray with foil and put  it in  oven at 400 for 15 minutes Take tray out add chopped cauliflower sprinkle oil, salt and crushed red chili cover the tray and put it in oven for 15 minutes Take it out, it is done  if you want to give color Broil for 2 minutes You can sprinkle chopped Green onion, Parsley, to add colors and flavor Enjoy with Rice / Bread / Pasta Make Sandwiches / Rolls

Potato and Beef Patties

Take some potatoes wash   cut into big pieces Put it into glass bowl cover  and microwave Don't use plastic bag.  not healthy Let the pieces cool down now peel and mash in a bowl Mix precooked ground beef, salt, pepper, crushed red chili, chopped tomatoes and  chopped green pepper Mix everything and make patties of any size and shape, you like Stir fry and enjoy with rice / pasta / macaroni or make sandwiches / rolls Choices are yours

Baked Fish

Take a baking tray Spread the fish pieces in the dish sprinkle some cooking oil, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili, few drops of lemon juice and  cooking oil Cover the dish with foil and  bake for 20 minutes take the foil off broil for few minutes Don't let it be too dry Leave some liquid  it will  taste  better  It is done enjoy with rice or bread of your choice
