put the pot

on higher than 

medium flame

add crushed Carrots

let it boil for a while

milk has to be dried

add powder milk

Stir, add sugar 

to taste

Sliced Almond

Walnut, Raisin 

Shredded Coconut

Stir to mix

It is done
