  Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame Add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes add ground beef Stir and add chopped  garlic and  ginger,  yogurt, salt, pepper,  and cumin powder Sprinkle lemon juice Red chili powder  to taste is optional No water added Stir and cover the pot  for 15 minutes Add cut pieces of  Broccoli,  Carrots and  Cauliflower   Stir to mix and leave for 10 more minutes Add sliced Red, Yellow, Green and Orange Bell Peppers Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Stir to mix  leave for 2 minutes It is done Enjoy with Pasta / Macaroni  Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Chicken with Rice and Veggies

  Boil Chicken pieces  Doesn't matter with bone  or boneless Boil rice separately Slice potatoes,  egg plant  and carrots  Stir fry the vegetables Take a baking dish  Sprinkle oil Spread chopped tomatoes and chicken pieces Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper  and chili powder  to taste if you want Now spread  Sliced Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers  and half of the fried Veggies Spread Rice and  the rest of veggies Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice  Cover and Bake at 450 for 15 minutes It will be done Enjoy

Vegetable egg fried rice

  Take a wok with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic, cut and blanched Broccoli, peas,  Spring onion stir  add lightly beaten eggs,  stir and  add Soya sauce,  salt and pepper Stir  add pre cooked rice, Stir to mix everything Cover the pot  Leave it on stove for 2 minutes on high flame   for 5 minutes on  medium flame and further 5 minutes on lower flame to get steam and  spices flavor Stir It is done Enjoy

Baked Veggie Pasta

  Take a pan with some olive oil put the pan on medium flame add chopped onion, thick slices of Zucchini and Egg plant Stir and add crushed garlic  and chopped tomatoes, Spinach leaves,  thick chopped pieces of Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers Stir and add  shredded Cheddar cheese salt, pepper, hot sauce  to taste and Basil Stir to mix everything Take a baking dish sprinkle oil Spread  precooked  drained pasta Spread the content  from the pan into the baking dish  spread  pasta sauce, Shredded  Mozzarella cheese sprinkle salt  and pepper Cover the dish with foil bake at 400 for 10 minutes   take the cover off bake for 5 more minutes Broil for 1 to 2 minute It is done Enjoy

  Take a baking tray oil with cooking oil  Spread beef big pieces make cut marks with knife tip Sprinkle salt, pepper, chopped garlic,  chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes  and green chili,  sprinkle some cooking oil  on top  Cover with foil bake at 450 for 30 minutes take foil off bake for 15 more minutes It is done now enjoy  with Mashed potatoes / Rice / Bread of your choice Make sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours

Cauliflower Soup

  Take saucepan with  olive oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, chopped celery,  chopped garlic, cauliflower chunks, one peeled and chopped potato Stir  and add Skim milk, shredded Cheddar  and Mozzarella  cheese,  salt and pepper Half cover the pot and  let it cook for 30 minutes Stir add hot sauce to taste Sprinkle Mint leaves and Parsley  to add up the taste  and to garnish Soup is ready  Enjoy with Crackers /  Croutons Choices are yours

Sweet Sour Baked Chicken

  Take chicken legs cut  into two pieces with skin on and cut marks Sprinkle salt, pepper and  ground ginger  Take a baking tray  sprinkle cooking oil spread the chicken pieces Sprinkle chopped ginger, vinegar, honey,  chopped tomatoes and Rosemary Cover the tray with foil bake at 450 for 15 minutes take the cover off  Broil for 2 minutes It is done Enjoy with Fries / Garlic bread / Rice / Bread of your choice

  Take a baking tray  sprinkle cooking oil  spread  big pieces of Salmon and baby potatoes  or cut pieces  of potatoes Squeeze lemon juice sprinkle salt, pepper,  and cooking oil  Cover the dish with foil put in oven  at 450 for 10 minutes Check potatoes  to make sure if done if not take fish out  cover the dish and  put in oven for  10 more minutes Take a big bowl  with olive oil add vinegar, sugar  and  mustard mix well  Add the baked potato pieces sprinkle salt and pepper stir to mix Add Mayonnaise,  Spring onion,  Celery,  Red and Green  chopped Bell Peppers  Sprinkle lemon juice mix everything add the pieces  of baked fish and sprinkle  parsley on top It is done enjoy with Rice / Pasta or  Bread of your choice  to make Rolls /  Sandwiches

Meatballs with Spaghetti

  I --  Take a put with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion  stir and leave for  couple of minutes  add chopped ginger  and garlic, crushed tomatoes cover the pot and leave  for couple of minutes 2 -- For Meatballs Take minced meat in a bowl add chopped garlic, ginger,  oil, yogurt, salt, pepper  and red chili powder to taste mix well Make balls of the size  of your choice  Spread in baking dish cover with foil Bake at 450 for 10 minutes  3 -- Transfer meat balls into the pot  boiled and drained Spaghetti  into the pot  4 -- Sprinkle oil, salt,  pepper,  and hot sauce  stir to mix add chopped parsley to give flavor 5 -- Cover the pot   leave on medium flame for  10 minutes When done  Make sure  it is not too dry If too dry sprinkle some water and  leave for 5 minutes Stir to mix It is done  Enjoy

  Put pan on medium flame sprinkle cooking oil add chopped garlic,  stir and add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes stir and add chopped tomatoes leave for couple of minutes add ground chicken  stir and leave for  couple of minutes add salt, pepper and  soya sauce, hot sauce  to taste stir and leave  for couple of minutes add chopped spinach cover the pot leave  for 5 minutes add precooked pasta sprinkle salt, pepper, shredded Mozzarella  and  Cheddar cheese stir and leave  to melt it down Sprinkle chopped green onion and mint leaves mix everything  It is done enjoy 

Fish Patties

  Open fish can, drain the liquid  put the rest in a bowl,  add corn flour, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili to taste,  fresh lemon juice few drops, few drops of cooking oil,  chopped green Bell pepper.  chopped mint or parsley.  bread crumbs,  you can use bread slice  instead of crumbs. mix everything well to make  sort of dough Make patties of any shape / size take some bread crumbs in a plate no water added wrap the patties into crumbs  Stir fry it will be crunchy and tasty Enjoy with salad and  sauce of your choice with rice / bread Make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours

Chicken Nuggets

  Take ground chicken in a bowl  add salt, pepper, minced garlic and ginger Lemon juice few drops,  Chopped Green Bell peppers, Corn flour, few drops of cooking oil Mix everything well Take another bowl with some white flour add pinch of salt and some water Mix well to make a paste Not so thick, not so watery Take some bread crumbs  in a plate Make Nuggets of any shape / size of the mixed ground chicken paste Dip Nuggets in bread crumbs  to get it coated  After that dip in white flour Paste  to get a coating of that too Stir Fry It will be crispy, golden and tasty  Enjoy with Salad Ketchup / any Sauce of your choice

  Take a baking tray sprinkle cooking oil. Spread ground beef, sprinkle garlic salt, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cover the tray and bake at 450 for 15 minutes.  Take off the foil, bake at 450 for 15 more minutes.  Spread boiled Pasta / Noodles and Pasta sauce. Sprinkle sliced Green and Red Bell Peppers. Spread shredded Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Garlic salt, crushed red chili to taste.  Cover the tray and Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes.  It will be tasty. Enjoy.

Take a pot with some  cooking oil add one tsp butter Put it on medium flame Add two tbs of  All purpose flour Stir and add one cup milk,  salt, pepper and  red chili powder to taste one tsp of sugar add boiled chicken cubes  / chicken strips chopped garlic /   ginger  stir and add chopped Red and  Green  Bell Pepper  Shredded  Mozzarella  and Cheddar cheese  Boiled  Pasta / Spaghetti /  Macaroni   Stir to mix add milk if it is  too dry It is done Garnish with Black / Green Olives It will be  tasty Enjoy

Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium heat add chopped onion, leave  for  couple of minutes to let it be yellowish Add chopped garlic, ginger,  chopped tomatoes couple of tsp of yogurt,  salt,  red chili powder  to taste and tomato paste  to give color No water added Cover the pot leave for 8 to 10 minutes Now add meat balls. You don't have to peel  just wash well under tap water  and cut into any size and shape Sprinkle oil, salt and crushed red chili to taste Cover the pot and  leave for 15 minutes Take the lid off Stir to mix leave for 5 more minutes It is done now Enjoy with rice or  take with bread of  your choice Make Sandwiches / Rolls Whatever you like

Open Chick Peas can drain and wash well under tap  using sieve, to wash away  the preservatives Take rice in a bowl wash couple of times Now take a pot with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be yellowish Add chopped garlic, chopped  ginger, cumin seeds, one whole red chili Add chic peas salt, pepper and  red chili powder to taste Stir to mix everything add the rice Now add water enough to cook the rice Stir, flame now has to be full  Stir after couple  of minutes Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes on full flame Don't take off the lid lower the flame slightly After 5 minutes Lower the flame to medium for couple of minutes after that to minimum for couple of minutes It is done now you can garnish your dish with sliced boiled egg, Herbs and fried onion, to give color You can sprinkle Crushed red chili in your plate  to taste.

Carrot Desert Quick Recipe

Wash carrots using scrub brush You don't have to peel  Put it into crusher  Take a pot  put it  on medium flame add crushed carrot  add sugar to taste  No water added Cover the pot  Leave for 15 minutes Stir and add  dry skim milk powder as much as you want No water added Keep stirring  for a while It is done  Sprinkle sliced almond and raisin  and enjoy

Take Chick Peas flour in a bowl mix lots of chopped onion,  chopped ginger, chopped Green / Red Bell Peppers, salt and crushed red chili  Mix everything well with water to make a paste, Now stir fry taking one or two Tbs full of the content It will be crispy and tasty Veggie snacks Enjoy with any sauce  of your choice or with Spicy Yogurt
